At 1:37 am, officers responded to a shots fired call at I240 & Poplar. A suspect in a green Ranger fired shots towards the victim then fled. Officers located and pursued the vehicle. The suspect was detained in the 300 block of Fletcher Rd in C'ville. No injuries were reported
